Special Council Meeting

Mayor Dave France called the meeting to order.

Roll Call: Robert Cochrun present, Jason Matter present, Robert Martin Sr. present, Bob Gale absent, Matt Parise present,
Thomas Bottorf present.

Officials: Mayor Dave France present, Solicitor Christopher D. Becker absent, Clerk Treasurer Mike Payne present,
Administrator Walt Ziemba present.

Pledge of Allegiance

Mayor Dave France said that this special meeting was to consider changing employee health insurance.

Thomas Bottorf said that the Finance committee had met and discussed quotes provided by Rocco Boniey Concerning employee
health insurance coverage.  He said it was the committee's recommendation to proceed with having the employees fill out
application cards with Health Assurance since their quote was lower than the current provider.

Motion by Thomas Bottorf second by Matt Parise to accept the provider that offered the lowest cost between the quotes
obtained by the Village's agent Rocco Boniey.

Vote: Robert Cochrun yea, Jason Mattern yea, Robert Martin Sr. yea, Matt Parise yea, Thomas Bottorf yea.

Motion passed 5-0.

Motion by Robert Cochrun, second by Robert Martin Sr. to adjourn.
