Reading of Ordinances and/or Resolutions Ordinance 2007-07: An Ordinance regarding licensing gambling machines was read for the third time. Reports, Announcements and Communications Mayor Dave France announced that the Betterment Committee would be picking up cans Saturday at 10:00 AM. Administrator's Report Walt Ziemba said that the low bid for the water line reconstruction bid for Garden Drive and Meadow Road (Phase 2 of the project) was Ohio West Virginia Excavating of Powhatan Point in the amount of $933,370.28. Motion by Robert Martin Sr., second by Bob Cochrun to accept the bid from Ohio West Virginia Excavation for the second phase of the Garden Drive-Meadow Road Project in the amount of $933,370.28. Council asked the Administrator to install "no thru truck" signs on Fernwood Road. New Business Robert Martin Sr. asked if there were any applications for the permanent part time sewer worker and for the Park Hostesses. Bob Gale suggested contacting Jefferson County College and Franciscan University for help running the summer park activities. Matt Parise discussed a problem with Parking on Winters Drive at the Dance Studio. Jason Mattern said that extra patrols should be out during the large item pickup in June. Motion by Matt Parise, second by Robert Martin to go into executive session to discuss a personnel matter.
