present, Thomas Bottorf present.

Officials: Mayor Dave France present, Solicitor Christopher D. Becker absent, Clerk Treasurer Mike Payne absent,
Administrator Walt Ziemba present.

Pledge of Allegiance

Motion by Matt Parise, second by Bob Gale to go into executive session to discuss a personal issue.

Vote: Robert Cochrun yea,  Bob Gale yea, Matt Parise yea, Thomas Bottorf yea.

Motion passed 4-0.

Motion by Thomas Bottorf, second by Matt Parise to return to special session.

Vote: Robert Cochrun yea, Robert Martin Sr. yea, Bob Gale yea, Matt Parise yea, Thomas Bottorf yea.

Motion passed 5-0.

Motion by Matt Parise, second by Bob Gale to adjourn.

Vote: Robert Cochrun yea, Robert Martin Sr. yea, Bob Gale yea, Matt Parise yea, Thomas Bottorf yea.

Motion passed 5-0.
